Good Morning Jim,
As per our discussion the other day, we all know that Facebook is the current trend. As I am not on Facebook, I am writing you my review by email so that you can transfer it over to your page as I am so grateful for your and your crews' hard work and I want it known!
After obtaining several quotes and opinions of what to do with my back deck, I decided to hire Jim and his crew at Amazing Decks and needless to say, I was NOT disappointed that I did! From the tear down of my old deck (if you could call it that), to the install of Postechs (love how simple and clean they are), to the most important part; the construction of my new deck, the crew at Amazing Decks were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I didn't want to be in the way, however, I was of course curious to see the progress of my deck and every time I would look out, they were always hard at work! I called them a well oiled machine, as they all had their tasks and they all worked so well together! It was really nice to hear the comradely between them and to see how well it was all coming together. They were extremely professional and pleasant when interacting with me. After both days they were here, the clean up was immaculate! Their workmanship is beyond words! When the project was all complete, I was left speechless.......and for anybody that knows me, that is not an easy thing to do! From the moment they left after my deck was completed, I was sitting out the rest of the evening, even eating supper outside which I have never been able to do in the eight years of living here, into the night, and of course the next morning to see the sun come up while having my coffee and watching the birds. If you want a deck that will be built with quality and care, while dealing with experienced and professional people, then I HIGHLY recommend you deal with Jim and his crew! Thank you all once again, I LOVE my new deck!!!!!!! Oh, and so do all my neighbors! :)

I have to tell you it has been a real pleasure to work with you and your entire team. From the first phone call and meetings with you, to bugging Justin with the add on work your entire team have all been fantastic. I am still completely blown away at how fast they work and get a job done!!! I will be highly recommending your company to everybody I know.

About 5 years ago we had amazing decks come in and replace a back deck for us. We talked about our future plans for a pool and lower level deck surrounding 1/2 of it. Although the dream was a few years away, Jim from amazing decks took the time to listen and offer up ideas. Now 5 years later, May 2016 we have a pool(semi in-ground) and amazing decks returned to do another "amazing" job. The crew was professional, more than qualified, competent to carry out the work of our dreams.
I wouldn't be doing justify to my review if I didn't talk about the importance of safety to my friends and family and how we could not have hired a better crew to help look after us. With my husband having years of emergency response experience and I with insurance safety we have both seen and heard about our share of accidents; so we wanted to help prevent our own by building the right deck, railing and fence. We did not need to insist or even ask amazing decks to be sure to clean up, secure the site, install proper gates and latches, follow bylaws and insurance standards, they just did the job right. Safe and beautiful!

Hey Jim,
The cheque is here and my wife is home tomorrow if you want to stop by then to pick it up. I just have to say that our expectations on what the deck would look like is nothing like what you great people did here. It is more than we could have hoped for and we love it. Please give our most respect and thank you to your son Justin and the rest of the crew on the fantastic job they did here. Also I am here in the morning until about 7:15 am if you are passing by early in the morning, that also works or if you have another option.

I was also pleased to read the side of his truck that Amazing Decks do more than decks including basements. We will keep that in mind when we entertain finishing ours in the near future.

I just wanted to take a moment and send a sincere thank you to Jim Benedict and all the crew from Amazing Decks. They built the new deck around our pool and I have to say they were fantastic to work with. I can remember after our first meeting with Jim, I said to my wife "Well, we are going to have to give him money even if he doesn't build the deck! He is just too nice to work with!" That was how we both felt. He even made a point of including our four year old daughter in the process. She still talks about "Jim the Deck Man". Jim was excellent at keeping us informed about the progress of the project, timelines, material options, design options, and time and again went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and was being done to our satisfaction. Excellent, clear, and fast communication by phone and email, and very organized. Having worked with several different trades and contractors in the past, I can wholeheartedly say that Jim is golden! I also wanted to highlight the team that was on site for the deck construction. They were very professional, very patient with our many questions and our "slight change here, slight change there" and again, did everything they could to make sure we were pleased with the end result. They even cleaned up and swept our existing and new deck at the end of every day they worked! And their workmanship is very good. I have perhaps gone on long enough, but it needs to be said. Too often we criticise and forget to give credit where it is due! There are a great many people in construction these days that just take the easiest route to get the job done without regard to making sure the customer is happy. Amazing Decks is not that kind of company! We always felt our satisfaction with the product was their primary concern. That means a great deal! I highly recommend Amazing Decks to anyone who need high quality work done! Thanks again Jim and crew! The Fentons appreciate all your efforts!
